Hunan Liuyang fireworks exported in large quantities to Europe and Russia

From January to July 2025, Hunan's exports of fireworks to Europe reached 1.27 billion yuan, an increase of 74.8% compared to the same period last year. Among them, exports to Germany amounted to 460 million yuan, an increase of 101.9%; Exports to Poland amounted to 140 million yuan, an increase of 142.7%; Exports to the UK amounted to 120 million yuan, an increase of 49.2%. The booming European market has brought more opportunities and profits to Hunan fireworks companies, and they are also improving product quality and innovation to meet the needs of European consumers.

In addition, Yueyang Chenglingji Port has opened a direct route to Dongfang Port in Russia. Previously, fireworks exported to Russia had to transit through Europe, which was time-consuming and expensive. Now, with direct shipping, the transportation time has been shortened by more than a month and the cost has also decreased significantly. This makes Hunan fireworks more competitive in Russia. From January to July 2025, Hunan exported fireworks worth 55.609 million yuan to Russia, an increase of 80% compared to the same period last year. More Russian consumers can buy affordable and fresh Hunan fireworks.

These data show that Hunan fireworks are very competitive internationally, and changes in market demand and logistics improvements have also helped the industry a lot. In the future, Hunan fireworks may achieve better results in the European and Russian markets.
