The 17th Liuyang Fireworks Culture Festival Opens - Technology and Culture Dance Together to Create a World-Class Fireworks Feast
On the evening of October 24th, the Liuyang Sky Theater shone brightly as the 17th Liuyang Fireworks Culture Festival opened to the cheers of tens of thousands of spectators.

The opening ceremony and fireworks art performance, themed "A Light-Year Promise," recounted the evolution of the Liuyang fireworks industry through five chapters, including "Light-Year Letter" and "Life and All Things." The highlight of the evening was the 160-meter-tall "Fireworks Light Tower"—the world's tallest fireworks launcher, which alternately transformed into a "Tree of Life" and "Light of Technology," transforming the abstract concept of time into a stunning visual spectacle.

On October 17th, the festival's pre-launch activities set two Guinness World Records: 15,947 drones formed the "Tree of Life" image, synchronizing 7,496 fireworks with millisecond-level precision. At the opening ceremony, a drone array presented spectacular spectacles such as "Sky River" and "Heart of the Earth," and combined with programmable fireworks to create scenes like "Umbrella Rain, Misty Bridge" and "Palace in the Sky." Related topics quickly topped the trending charts on social media platforms.

As of October 25th, this year's Fireworks Culture Festival had attracted over 200,000 participants, and the online live broadcast had exceeded 500 million views, further demonstrating the global influence of Liuyang fireworks' combination of "traditional craftsmanship and modern technology."
