The principle is the same as the hot air balloon lift, which is to use the buoyancy of hot air to raise it. It can be explained by the Archimedes principle: when the two objects are the same volume, the smaller mass will float on the mass. On the larger side, it is simpler that objects with lower density will float on objects with higher density. When the air in the kongming lamp is heated, the volume will expand, but there is only a certain amount of space (the volume of the lamp). Therefore, the excess air molecules will run out of the skylight, the quality will decrease, and the density = mass/volume The volume is constant, the mass is reduced, and the air density in the lamp is reduced, so it floats.
